400 Products Sale not working

This is an older sale but still showing on the banner so it should work but it's not and I wondered if anyone else had the same problem?  The only two items I have in my cart are one of those new releases from that sale (Chambers of Sorrow) and a Forbidden Whispers lighting set which should be 50% off, but it's showing as full price.  I don't know if I'm missing something or ???.   Maybe someone can add those two products to their cart just to see if it's me or if it's broken?  Thanks for any help.

    What exactly do you have in the cart?

    The 50% off for two items is for Vanishing Points items only. It's not for any other artists.

    Hi, I have what's in the attachment and according to the banner (if I'm reading it right), the artist catalogs are 50% off with purchase of one new release.  It looked like I met all the criteria for getting those lights at 50% off but I'm not.

    It looks like it works for the other fewatured artists in that sale but not for Forbidden Whispers. And Ironman13 is questionable; their products are already 50% off but a new release is not resulting in another 50% off.

    I see. Yeah, it's not giving me the 50% off either on that one. But it was released on March 28th, so even though it doesn't have the "new" logo on top of it now, it did have it when the sale started. I'm guessing that's why this is not included. The 50% off does not apply to new releases.

    @ ATI : I checked a couple of other older Forbidden Whispers items and they weren't working either.

    Hmm, you're right. Not even his oldest one in the sale works.

    Hey thanks everyone and that's what I was looking for.  I guess I'll just keep trying in hopes it will be fixed or just wait for a future sale that works.  I really appreciate all the help though.  smiley
