Bug submitter isn't working

Does anyone know a way to fix the bug submitter? I got an "access violation" error today, but I can't submit a bug to tech support because I'm locked out of the submitter. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm not quite sure, but I think it is not designed the way you assumed.
You can use the "Save" Button the save the error-log. Now go to the DAZ site and open a corresponding help ticket attaching this error-log.
