Permanent Scene Navigator Tab?

Is there someway..plug in, trick, whatever to have the Scene Navigator always an availalbe tab?  I just stumbled on it, and i find it very useful, but not so much if I have to switch out of my current tool to use it.

You can add the tool to one of your toolbars (Window>Workspace>Customise, drag from the Viewport Tools grouip on the left to the desired Toolbar(s) on the right). Most of the buttons correspond to options in the keyboard (WASD) navigation mode, which you can enable via shift K - just be aware that there's no undo on these currently.
