Help with my WIP fingers

Ok this is my newest render and I've been playing around with Skin builder 3 but for some reason the fingers arent complete. I don't know what to call this problem so googling it is impossible.

Any help correcting this would be fantastic.

can you post a render of the problem with the fingers, like this I can't see enough detail
