West park, Parkside

I wanted to know if the west park and Parkside here available to put in a horror game my team is developing.
Wouldn't I need a DAZ 3D (DAZ Original) -- Indie Game Developer License

If so can I make my game then purchase a license.

    If it lists DAZ 3D as the vendor, then yes they will be included in the Indie game license
