Sale price changed after checkout completion

Hi, I did a Daz help contact via submitting a ticket. I was checking out an order that was a total of $15 (and change). When I received my payment notice the price charged was $123.13. I do not want the items at that price. Nor did I receive any of the discounts listed during checkout. There was no warning or notice of the price change until after I received payment confirmation (and then looked at my Order list). Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Support is usually very fast, if you supply the correct information. I hope you can get it credited/refunded quickly, that's a rather huge difference!

happened to me couple momths ago.
is a shock when it happens.

i had the Lee bundles all in cart to compare the prices with discounts. deleted it all.
but when i checked out the cart, even though the total looked correct, it charged me the Lee bundle.

fear makes me refresh the cart like 3 times before checking out >.<

Sorry you had to find out that way.  It's happened to me for a lot less of a difference.   The key with checkout is to confirm the price when the payment method comes up.  I normally use Paypal, which will show me the billed amount before confirming payment.  If there is any discrepency, I cancel and go back to my cart.  Normally, a refresh in the cart will fix things.  If it doesn't, I dump it.  Shopping at Daz is an adventure in cart mathematics.  Sometimes, it works in your favor.  Sometimes, I have no idea where the final price calculation came from.

Like others have said, Daz is excellent at fixing problems.  So, don't worry.  Just put in a ticket and they'll take care of it for you.  Remember, they have a no contest return policy.  So, even if it was your fault, you can get a full refund.  They won't hassle you about it either.  I've put in a few tickets over the past year, and they have always handled it quickly and painlessly.

Ah sorry, cannot resist...It's one of these days were you try to keep your mouth shut and fail miserabely to do so. :D

Like others have said, Daz is excellent at fixing problems.

This is one of the store bugs that exist for many many years already. Never got fixed.

Showing wrong prices in the basket is the other one, wrong prices on the store page the other, then we have discounts not applying and/or stacking correctly, and the one where you have to force-refresh to see new products in the store - a real classy one.
Then there is the GoogleAnalytics thingy, which breaks the shop for people who block ads, which is still broken although the community provided a straight-forward fix. You bet it will still be broken in a couple of years.
So, yes, they are good at many things, but "excellent at bugfixing" is not amongst them. :->
I explicitly say bugfixing, because if they'd fix these, there would be no need to fix the collateral damage using support most of the time, right?

But yes, support will sort it out, when you write a ticket. Always check the prices thrice everywhere, in the future.

The real downside of this problem is that it could cause an overage on your bank account and result in overdaft bank charges.
