M4 Creature Creator Installation Help

I need some help here. I'm trying to install new (well, new to me) morphs for M4; mainly the Creator Creator and eventually the M4 Elite Morphs. I thought I had everything; I kept the DzCreateExPFiles-M4.command file and files like it in situations like this, but nothing's working. I can't seem to get the Creature Creator morphs installed.

I think the files I downloaded are missing files or something. The power loader doesn't seem to be working either. So can I get some assistance, please? ^^;
