Genx2 Kids issue?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

OK-have been using genx2 for awhile now-just bought the kids 3 plugin. It will not recognize any version of Matt/Maddie or Luke/Laura I try. I miss my kids. Any suggenstions?

    I think matt/maddie and luke/laura are millenium kids, no? That was before K3 if I remember right. Oh, I am wrong, that is K4 that came after them, never mind. Do you have victoria 3, and the v3 m3 shapes installed?

    Yes, I do. and several days later I'm thinking about begging for a refund. I have now re-installed EVERYTHING. Genx2 works fine-still will not recognoze kids. I'm at my wits end.

    Just in case anyone was having same issue-it is fixed. I have up on it, left it for a few days, decided to try again, and suddenly it worked.
