A bit of trouble with changing email address

My email address for here is a bit old, in fact it no longer exist (me and yahoo didn't see eye to eye. It wanted my photo ID and I refused so they deleted my account) and I cannot for the life of me change my email address in my accounts. I tried but all I get is User Name error. Any suggestions?

    Make sure you are using the right box - the layout is, at least in some browsers, a bit off. If you still can't make the change please open a Sales support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us

    Cick on the little blue man, at top right and then click  "My Account" from the drop down list.  and you get to this screen

    On that page click on edit in the panel that gives your name and existing email address.

    That brings you to this page

    Yeah never works. I fill it in and it just says username error (user name must use this that and the other but cannot use certain characters). The thing is I am not trying to change my user name. Albeit the current user name that I have over here to my left is different than the usual. I have no clue where those letters came from.

    Yes.  you need to change the email address, which is the bit where my green arrow points, obviously I have covered over mine, which may be confusing you.
