Anyone else having problems with gift cards?

I'm used to getting two e-mails with different codes when I buy a gift card. Normally one works and one doesn't. But I bought a gift card in the latest discount offer and this time neither code works, and I still have zero store credit. Is this a general problem or is it just me?

I have put in a ticket. It was early Friday evening in my timezone when I did, I don't know if it was still the working day in Daz's timezone but I expect it will have to wait until next week.
Just bought a gift card and immediately redeemed it. No store credit showing. Just opened a support ticket.
Well, OK DAZ Support! Fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes!
