Recommendations for sand dunes, sandy skin, dead sea.

I've been given an assignement from a magazine to create some images with a model and sand dunes or a salt lake/dead sea.

Is there a way I could give her sandy skin? like small particles stuck to certain patches?

Would love any products that you've created or used personally, had some great luck with a previous post.
