Anagenessis odd preview - some parts invisible

After applying N.G.S. Anagenessis for Genesis 3. some parts become invisible.  Is there a way to fix the preview?

    Which skin and figure did you use? It looks like the UVs are wrong. Normally when you apply a skin MAT, it changes the UV in the surfaces tab to be appropriate for the skin. However, there are a few products (e.g,. Caymans) where you have to manually take an action to update the surfaces to the proper UV. Otherwise you get something that looks similar to what you posted.

    Checked - the regular skin uses Base female, and it still set to base female after Anagenessis is applied.  Good idea though.
