Trying to Join Platinum Club but...

Okay,

In another thread I described how I was a member of the platinum club for several years but got kicked out. Daz said the Bank did it, and the Bank Said that Daz did it, and the result was that my cc didn't work for a few months on any purchases and I had to use gift debit cards.  I never found out what was wrong, the card just started working again after a while.

A few moments ago I decided to bite the bullet and join up again. I clicked on the "$24" option and put it into my cart.

I go to check out and it says that there is nothing in my cart. Do the obvious, make sure the sccreen is refreshed, etc.  Still same result. It won't load into my cart.

So I exit Daz, reboot, make sure I've gone in via https. Everything is clean. Put a $24 Daz Platinum membership into cart.

Cart insists that is empty. go back to Platinum Club area, button says it is in cart, but instead of being Red, the button is Blue.

Any ideas?

If you add another item to the cart, do they both show up?

Why yes, yes they do.  I just tried adding a random item based on  what you said.  Now I have to see what happens if I remove that random item. I gather this has happened before?

 

okay i have one platinum club item.

Yeah it's a known glitch, happens occasionally. Fix is to add another item to the cart, the original shows up, remove the other item, and then the original item should still be there. It's weird, no idea why it happens, but it does.
