interface screwed up! (please help)

So I was rendering something and had a crash after reloading this is what my menues look like

please note options like Geometries> Add smoothing Modifier are missing... I have tried deinstalling and reinstalling but to no avail... i get the feeling there is probably a file that saves your interface preferences in some way that needs to be deleted and reformed when restarting/ reinstalling Daz Studio...but hell if I know what it is... or how to restore to factory defaults

First thing I would try is window>workspace>select layout, change that to another then back, then window>style>select style and change that to another then back.
