    Looks like it's kit-bashed and then reshaded.

    Virtually any of the 10's of available denim shorts could be reshaded. I've seen that short jacket (bolero?, i forget the right term) recently but i can't quite recal it.

    It might be:

    Traced Outfit.

    Aerial Dancer with transparencies to hide the sleeves.
