How do MR morph packs work?

Some MR morph packs require the other person also have the morph pack - such as the "growing up" but then some like this https://www.daz3d.com/3a-creative-morphs-merchant-resource-set-01 Just says it's an MR morph that you can use to make you characters/products.... So the other person does not need to have this morph pack to load a character I made from the morphs??
If so how do I go about saving the morphs so that others can load my character with the morphs applied without having the product???

I've never saved one, but, yeah, that is the basic principle with an MR morph pack. Any morphs you use, you would save with the character and distribute the morph with the character you have for sale, probably packaged up in some way so the individual morph can't be copied. Most morph packs have a restriction on using for characters that you plan to give away so make sure you read the ReadMe that comes with your MR. I have a lot of MRs that I've picked up but I just use them for my own purposes. If no one answers with a step by step for you, I'll see if I can figure out how you do that and put a tutorial up on my Lab thread with a link back here. It shouldn't be all the difficult. I just haven't looked at doing that before.
Thank you for answering!! I found this http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/userguide/creating_content/packaging/tutorials/saving_morphs/start so I'm guessing with a merchant resource you CAN embed them in, unless they said the other person had to have the product - like the growing up ones do...... What about standard G3 morphs.... Like I enlarged the colored part of the eye - I wonder if that can be embedded of if it needs to be changed to a preset and removed from the saved morph.... At least I think it's a standard G3 morph...
That leads me to another question, how do I tell what morphs come from what pack??? I have growing up, g3f face and body morphs, as well as a couple MR packs - I have no idea what morphs go to what pack!
Ah, that's a little harder to figure out. I'm not sure how vendors deal with that issue. I know a lot of the morphs are color coded. I know there is a way to dig down and figure out which morphs come from which product, but I don't know how to do that. It isn't something I've tried to figure out yet. It's a good question, though.
As for the morphs that come with G3, you can't package those, I don't believe. You have to package you figure in a way that it calls those morphs, but doesn't distribute them. That is why the base figures are listed as requirements for most characters. The preset characters need the base of whatever figure they are based on if you want it to look exactly like the vendor has shown in the promos. Of course, a lot of characters look great without the required figure or mixed with a different one. Still, the required figure needs to be listed.
