    It apparently has now been removed from the store. The only possibility to get it would be to suibmit a request to customer service and explain why you didn't get it when it was offered They are under no obligation to honor the request; however, they are usually very helpful.

    the beard is the same as the one from https://www.daz3d.com/leandros-hair-and-beard just fitted to g3 female
