Is this another store price fault?

I'm trying to work out these prices. The offer says related items are 50% off if you also buy a new release or buy two of them.The DS IRay Surface Lights Shader 2 shows $16.95 as an original price, if it's 50% off that it should be around $8.48 but it's actually showing me $9.15. And should the March Madness 10% be applied as well as the 50%? If so it should be even lower. I've tried taking it out of the cart and putting it back which sometimes sorts out glitches but not this time. I've got more than one non-free new release in the cart, I've tried adding another related item with no change. Any ideas?

    It's down to $7.63 now which I make as correct for 50% off with the 10% March Madness discount as well.
