smart content pane?

where is my smart content page? the Daz help file is useless in this regard...as was a search in the these fourms...I had a smart content file, then I laid down my money and bought a modle, and now...no smart content pane, so I can't utilize anything I just paid for...

Window>Panes(Tabs)>Smart Content - or for isntalling, Windows>Panes(Tabs)>Install which is a modified version of the main pane set up purely for installing content. You can also right-click on a blank area next to existing tabs in a group and use the Add Pane(Tabs) sub-menu to immediately add the pane to that group.
You can also install from the Products list in the Content Library pane.
