Do the Matt and Megan textures transfer to other G3 characters readily? I think they would, but I want to be sure before I purchase.

They don't list custom UVs on the What's incluided list, and there are no UVs for the base fgures in the fiel list, so presumably they use the standard Genesis 3 UV set - so yes, they will work on any figure (even if they did use custom UVs, if you had the figure for the textures you'd have the UV set).
