Help: 3Delight Message #42 (Severity 3)

Hullo!

So I was enjoying having a happy rendering good ol' time, when suddenly one day I received an error that states:

"3Delight message #42 (Severity 3): NaN value value in geometry of primitive '<unnamed>'

Now, this only seems to  happen when I have a character with the Garibaldi hair object attached. When rendering, it declares it's processing the garibaldi hair nodes, and finishes with 'done', but as it starts actually rendering the scene, it throws up that 3Delight message, and increases my render times to insane levels (a render that used to take 4 minutes now takes 16 minutes).

Has anyone run into this before, or have any potential solutions to fixing this problem?
