March Madness Bonus Buyer Free Item does not work

Hi,

 

I just tried to follow the offer for the free item for the march madness bonus buyers.
Although stated it would apply in the shopping card, it don't.

So sorry, but ...

who ever is responsible for your shop / website: Doesn't he test it ??

    It was working earlier but for some reason it isn't working now.

    I don't know if this would work now, but I vaguely remember having that problem when I got it.

    I went to check out, then I left the cart and came back in and it was zero.

    And todays (March 25th) is a 404 page error and not able to add to the cart from the promo page. Give them a few hours to fix it though (or 8am Daz time when they come in to work. Although someone should be there fixing all this stuff now. The main page has several spinning black images instead of the products.) It's 1:40 am Central time, so they haven't had much time to fix things yet.)

    So !!

    The sale for that item is gone and still no correction in the shopping card.

    DAZ, I hope you know what normal people call this !!

    It was meant to be fixed - I can only sugest opening a Sales Support ticket.

    The new freebie is now up and seems to eb working. Do remember that you don't need to have anything else in the cart to get the freebie (when it's working) so grab while the grabbing is good.

    it was never fixed. See the later complains of the numerous other members.

    Although I at once opened a support ticket with the hint for the urgency because of the short time left until the offer ended, there wasn't any reaction.
    And please don't forgrt: I'm on the other side of the ocean. So it was pretty early on your side and more then enough time to have customer service fix it.

    But nothing happened.

    And now the card if blocked for using the chance for the current offer. angry

    Still broken here. Added it to the cart, total was $0, hit place order, took me to the payment method screen and up to $11.37. I'm going to wait a couple hours before I try again.

    Daz have extended that freebie for today as well for Bonus Buyers. It will not be shown on the MM page but it will be free in Shopping Cart through end of day today.
