Set Visibility of Children in One Click?

Say I need to make one leg invisible in Genesis. Can I do that with one mouse click? How?

Or if I want to make the head visible and everything else invisible. There must be a better way than setting the visibility of each node separately with a bunch of mouse clicks. I can't seem to find this anywhere. Any suggestions? I tried a forum search and nothing came up.

Thanks

Slightly more than one click, but select all of the bones (the quickest way to do this is to click on the one furthest from the root - the toe for example - which will expand the list in the Scene pane, then hold down shift and click the one at the other end of the range) then use the Visible button in Parameters under the Display group in the Editor tab.

It is not working for me. I seem to be missing something. Here is what happens. It only turns off the thigh not the whole leg. I don't actually see an Editor tab as you explained. I assume you just mean the pane on the far right in this image. Am I in the wrong place? I'm sure it must be something really dumb.

In the Parameters pane option menu (the lined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab) make sure that Consolidate Properties is checked and that Display Separate Items isn't.

Thank you. That did the trick. Now it shows how many nodes are controlled at the top of the property slider.

That was driving me nuts! I hate when I can't do something so simple. Thanks again. I'll be back.
