new character not loading

I recently purchased, downloaded and installed a new character (Blaire).  The installation appears to have been successful, but when I attempt to load the figure from the duf file in my content library, it does not load.  All I get is an error message "An error occurred while reading the file, see the log file for more details."  And when I open my log file, all it shows is the same message with no further info.  Can anybody tell me what I need to do to fix this?  Thanks in advance.

That usually means you are trying to apply a preset without having the target figure (Genesis 3 Female here, I think) loaded and selected. A Character preset will load the figure if it is used that way but Shaping and Materials presets won't.
