strange Y rotation problem
I have a bunch of characters ina scene that are duplicates of each other, and I imported the scene into another scene as a group. I wanted to be able to move them all together to get them oriented properly in the new scene. Now I can't find any way to disperse the group. I tried to "unparent" some of the members and that appears to work and take them out of the group, however I have a weird problem where when I try to y rotate a character, he doesn't rotate on his own axis standing in place. Instead, he appears to be rotating on some unseen extremely wide axis located somewhere else, like a moon around a star. I thought this was because of the group, but other characters in the same group rotate normally, and like I said, unparenting from the group seems to have no effect. Also the problem characters translate on z and x axis normally.

Are you creating a group?

To unparent, select a figure within the group and right click and select Ungroup. You can do this to each figure or select all figures and ungroup.
You can regroup by dragging them into the group or create a new group from the menu.
