Is there any way to save a Daz scene and render in Poser?

I originally hated DS, but am now starting to like it, but just can't deal with simple pin-ups or portraits taking 14 hours to render that would render in 5 minutes in Poser. I can't afford a new computer at this time that can take NVIDIA cards. Is there any way to export a scene or even a character to render in Poser? If not, I may have to go back to old V4 and Poser for a while because although I love all the new things DS can do and mixing all the characters, it's just not worth my time to wait such a ridiculous time for a render. I could have created 3 or 4 finished pieces of postworked art in the time it takes to render one single character without a background. Getting soooo frustrated. So any hints about getting a DS scene to render in Poser? Will IRay work in Poser? Although realism is fun, I do a LOT of non-realistic work, post worked extensively in Photoshop so all that realism especially for sci-fi/fantasy/fairy scenes is not really necessary. G3 has been proven to be a pain in Poser, especially on a Mac. Can I save a whole finished scene in some format besides DUF and use it in Poser?
On another note if anyone knows anyone selling a PC capable of using the newest NVIDIA cards with lots of RAM or upgradable RAM super cheap, please let me know! Thanks!

This had taken 16 hours and only 72% done!
Everytime you want to buy content, total it up in your cart. Write that amount down. Go to amazon and buy a gift card of that amount. In a month or two, you will have enough to get a gaming computer. You should be able to get a premade with a 1070 for $999. You are killing yourself waiting on renders! Sell everything you own that you don't use! It is better to have money tied up in things you use every day! Believe me I know -- I'm in the process of building a new pc and coming up with the money has forced me to sell it all!
Here's a tutorial I found very helpful for getting Genesis 2 into Poser, using Studio to start the scene. I hope it helps!

Regarding getting a less expensive computer, I took a chance on a refurbished HP from Ebay, and it turned out very well for me.
And of course, there is the 3Dlight render engine in DS, quite comparable with poser's Firefly (depending on the poser version you use).
As for your posted render-example, I don't know your system specs, but 16h does same waay to long, even with only CPU. (A full scene with character and props and a 'studio' light setup usually renders within an hour with CPU only on my system.) I suspect there is a lot to gain with optimising settings or lighting (but as said, I can only guess....).
And no, poser does not support Iray. (The latest poser version supports 'Superfly', poser's version of the 'cycles' render engine as used in Blender.)
Well, the sample I posted is from a PC laptop with 12GB RAM. MY Mac with 32GB RAM does go faster but I've been feeling under the weather and doing scenes and rendering in bed LOL. Unfortunately, although I know a lot about Apple products, I know nothing about PCs and am afraid of getting the wrong thing or ripped off. I might try some local PC repair places to see if they can McGyver a way to get what I want. Same image still on 74% now up to 18 hours. Just a 2000x1800 image of a girl, no background. I'm also looking into external boxes you can add with a card to a Mac, but that's not cheap either... Have to just hustle to get new clients but then my work for them is slower too. I have a gift card still here, but going to have to stop buying DS only products until I can upgrade. So jealous of those who talk about 5 minute renders...
Oh, I did try 3Delight but don't understand the lighting and don't know how to remove IRay. I want to play with new toys, but will probably have to go back to Poser products only for a while unless I really need realism...
I'm wondering if I create a scene I really like and save the whole thing as a big obj., I could tweak lights and textures in Poser and render there and fix in Photodhop. I'm much better in Photoshop than either program really...
Something doesn't sound right. Just 1 clothed figure with no background or other props should fly, even in CPU only mode.
Do you perhaps have an AV running? I've heard that sometimes their real-time "protection" tries to scan every packet Iray uses when rendering an image causing it to have huge slowdowns.
What is an AV? Anti-virus? No I have no anti-virus software installed. I only use the internet for Daz and have no email set up, so as long as Daz doesn't have a virus and Ati's browser thing, I should be Ok. Macs never need virus protection. I have been downloading a lot from Connect so maybe that's taking up too much space on my HD? I was originally downloading with DIM onto an external hard drive but the PC kept knocking it off and I though that Connect leaves a small foot print, but maybe it's taking up too much space.
Is it too much actual reflection off the hair? Hair can really slow a render down.
Biggest marketing lie ever. Fewer people create viruses for Macs because fewer people have and use them, and most virus creators want to create maximum havoc. However, there are plenty of forms of malware that either target or can be hosted by Macs, including forms of ransomware and this nasty little bug: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/2016/09/09/apple-mac-virus-can-take-screenshots-and-see-everything-you-type/
For an inexpensive used/refurbished pc, with lots of RAM capable of handling a good graphics card try eBay, and look for xeon based used workstations. With many of them, if you want to go over 48Gb of RAM, you will need a dual processor system, and make sure you get processor(s) capable of hypertreading (just copy the processor number and google it, you'll find a link directly to intel with processor specs). These are typically off lease, or bulk sale systems 2-3 years old. The plus to a xeon system is that the mother boards tend to be a lot more robust than consumer systems (xeons also tend to render faster than the comprable i7 too), so a three year old unit can easily have a good 2-3 trouble free years left in it. You can easily get a dual hex core system (12 physical cores, with hyperthreading on it will give you 24 logical cores - that's a lot of rendering horsepower) with a 1000W+ power supply and operating system for under $650.00 (sometimes under $500), which even without a good GPU, it would probably run circles around your current system. To ensure you get a good "dealer" just take a quick look at the reviews.
If you want a new system - I'd look for a new AMD system with a Ryzen processor. A 1700 or 1700x will do a very good job (~$325-$400 for the processor), and the processor will cost about half of what an equivalant intel i7 processor will (8 hyperthreaded cores giving you a total of 16 logical cores).
On April 11th the Rysen 1600x and less powerful processors come out all for under $250.00, http://www.gamespot.com/articles/amd-reveals-mid-range-ryzen-5-cpu-lineup-launching/1100-6448756/. You will need a new motherboard and memory.
I purchased an evga 1050ti sc for 129.00 on newegg. Not as fast as a 1060 or higher, but a big improvement over the 750 ti I had, and it has 4 gigs of memory.
You can buy a 1060 with 6 gigs for about $240.00.
Likely the slow renders is the need to learn to better work with your render settings...and how you set up your shot.
Things like more lights makes the render faster.
Adjusting things like sample levels, render quality, max time. Then things like turning max path length in optimization to something like +6
There are other tweaks you can find in the forums...those are just off the top of my head.
Macs pretty much aren't vulnerable to viruses. They are vulnerable to trojan malware though. It's an important distinction.
Have you considered Reality? It's much cheaper than a new computer. And in both cases (Reality & Poser), you'll have to re-work the materials. But Reality is faster. Also, if your are using Genesis 2 characters, Poser 9/up will import duf files with DSON.
