March Madness missing explanation

I thought I should point out that you cannot look up what the March Madness is all about. Usually, when there were special sales, there was always one promo banner which points to a page that explains the sale in detail. That is not the case for March Madness.

Needless to say, that I've spent more than I needed to, because after purchasing I got the banner which gave me discounts on the products I just have bought, which, though I saved some money already, makes me quite sad. :(

No, you cannot read on the MM in general on that page. That's what I've said. See, it does not answer any of these very basic questions on how things work:

a) where does it mention that I can get a "Bonus buyer" status. It only mention it when I already have it.
b) where does it state HOW i get that status
c) where does it state what my benefits are by having the status?
d) where does it state that I will lose that status when I don't do what exactly?

Very basic information one might think...

It is true that, if you spend time on the forum searching for more info, you will find it, but, WHY????!
