Sales Support Webpage Glitching- Can't File Ticket ~ Solved

When I click the button to submit the ticket, it goes to the list of old tickets and does not file the new one. Also wouldn't let me add an image, although it zipped along in SECONDS it said took too long to upload and connection terminated. (after literally a three or four second upload.) Need to get in touch with Sales Support immediately, so how do I contact them in an alternate manner?

I submitted a ticket a couple hours ago and didn't have any trouble. Did you try this link: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
Contact details (phone number) are on this page: http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us
Keep in mind that it will take another three or four hours until the DAZzlers are in the office, so you won't reach anyone at the moment.
Have you tried logging in and out?
Double checked this several ways and I cannot get the ticket system to misbehave. Ticket filed fine for me. And cancelled out properly as well
I did state on my filed ticket that I was checking a reported glitch and expalined .
BTW Do you have Google Analytics blocked?
No on the ad blocker. And I had just chit chatted with support about the duplicate gift card problem the past day, no problems.
AHA- it took my screenshots and finally posted it. I didn't do anything different, I hadn't tried it for several hours and for no reason it just now took it. I know the site was glitchy in the wee hours of the morning because several of us had trouble PMing- when we clicked on the email link we'd get bounced to the account page, and several people weren't getting email notifications when they had PMs waiting for them. On top of that I had this sales support glitching up. All's well, I'll mark solved. Thanks folks!
Isn't that what normally happens when there's a stealth logout? Hasn't happened to me for a while (fingers crossed) so I'm not quite sure I remember how it goes.
It's frustrating- the site and the forums are handled differently, and it was weird that several of us PMing were all booted at the same time. Other times, we'd been told it was the approach that we used, if we visited the store first then went to forums, instead of coming in from email. But we'd been clicking from email notifications all evening and it worked fine- until it didn't. I didn't log out and in, and suddenly, you guessed it- it worked again from emails. After a few years of having these new forums, you'd think they could get this smoothed out. Thankfully I don't have the "have to log in again" trouble that others had/have.
