Can't Use Coupon, Time Running Out

I keep trying to use the BEEN-MISSED coupon code and the cart keeps refusing it. I've tried on 35353 Space Slayer Bundle and 30590 Sci-fi Corridor A - no luck on either one. These aren't marked as new items, they're not PC+ or any other disqualifier I can figure out. Time is running out on the coupon, and the ticket I submitted is still in limbo. What to try?

What does the coupon say are the rules?
We have reported this, these items have only just come off from New status
Take a screen shot of it failing; CS are good about these things.
I thought about that, too, so I tried something much further down in the list - same response.
Having the same issue with the AM WOLF 2 for Poser. Coupon code says it's not valid. Tried with a few other products and got the same error. Coupon code is running out in a few hours so I'm a bit upset about this.
AM wolf is a PA item, the BEEN_MISSED coupon is for DOs.
