"Freakshow Tent" texture question

Hi everyone
I'm not here to whine about Iray but would love this product http://www.daz3d.com/freakshow-tent that clearly states that it is "Optimized for Iray" is there anyway to get this item to look like it does in the promo images in 3delight. Because I still like to use 3DELIGHT.

Except for the lights that probably user the emissive setting in the UberIray shader I don't see anything that can't be done in 3Delight. The lights can even be done in 3Delight using Omnifreak's UberArea light shader but it is slower than Iray's emmiisive.
I can't tell without buying this what textures/shaders would need tweaking, and from the promo it seems like a lot. I don't want to buy it and then it end up looking different as a result of my inability to match certain effects. I just saw this post and it looks like it might be able to help http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/145521/3delight-has-that-iray-doesn-t#latest ; Just upgraded my comp to a 1070 8g card with a fresh Daz 4.9 install so alot of my issues with new products crashing my system have been solved. Still a little nervous about buying Iray only stuff with the hope that it will look the way I want when using 3DL.

This has been a godsend. And you are super awesome Carrie58. Was having stroke inducing crashes while trying to render this https://www.daz3d.com/mansion-backyard ; The product desciption says it has both materials, but loads only Iray. Took some time but with the "Iray to 3Delight" script my sanity was saved. The "FreakshowTent" is going to be the next project.
