Detailed Nose and Ear Dials for G3

It would be great to have more detailed Nose and Ear Shaping Dials, they seem to have been forgotten.

It gets difficult when trying to re-create real people as the Nose and Ears are probably the most unique parts of a body.

For example a specific shape that started me searching was that similar to Genevieve 7s nose tip crease.
