Anybody else have this problem with DIM?

I have been using DIM since it's first release without any issue.  I keep my DIM downloads and Content library on an external hard drive.  This configuration has survived several system restores and computer upgrades. No problem ever.  Now after moving to a new Win10 Pro machine and making the appropriate settings changes as always, my previous DIM installed content is not showing as installed even though it is clearly available in DS.  DIM downloads are recognized on the "Ready To Install" tab and seem to get installed properly. They appear under the "Installed" tab as expected and the content does appear in the content directory.  Then I close DIM, restart it and bam!  the previously installed content is back to the "Ready To Install" tab and "Install" tab is showing 0.

To date I have tried the following....

-uninstalled DIM and erased settings then reinstall.

-uninstalled anything DAZ and reinstalled using default settings for everything starting with an empty folder for My Daz 3D Library

Still nothing.

Before I do a complete system restore, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

The "installed" data files are saved in a separate folder, if you haven't copied that folder or if it's in the wrong place it may be the reason.

EDIT: don't confuse these with the files in the Downloads folder, despite the names are the same they're different.

Thanks for responding Taozen!  Yea I checked those as well.  As usual, I figure it out a few minutes after I finally give up and ask for help.  I installed an older version of DIM and now all is well! I'm not sure why DIM 1.1.0.67 isn't playing nice  but DIM 1.1.0.41 is working just fine!  Of course it's going to force me to update to get new purchases.  Hopefully it will do so without breaking.

    Thanks Again!

I had a problem since yesterday involving Postgres and I could not log in to DS at all and there was no content in the smart content pane at all and about 10% in content manager. I posted twice here and put in a ticket. Then, suddenly, magically, it started working again! Don't know what caused it or what brought it back...

I guess the Daz gods were happy that I decided to buy Face Gen after several days of not buying anything and rewarded me by fixing it with their magic Daz wand. OK, I'm slap happy, did an all nighter last night playing with Face Gen demo...  Render time is still incredibly slow. About an hour for a simple small closeup that most people can do in about a minute or two I'm guessing.  Need a quality Windows PC with NVIDIA. Need money. Need sleep. That I can do. Back to sleep, will try to catch up!
