Apply character morphs to head only

Hello everyone,

I'd like to apply character morphs to the head only of my Genesis 3 female, but there is only a body apply file in this particular character.
In other characters there are a body apply, and a head apply, and often a full character apply, but in this one not.

Is there some workaround to solve this?

There are a couple of built-in ways to split morphs, but an important question is whether the split will look OK - how much does the neck's shape or position chnage with the full morph applied? if it's a lot then avoiding a nasty jump when splitting will be hard.
