Adding poses and movement

I downloaded some models but they are not part of Genesis or any other series.  I can animate them myself in DAZ3d, but the actions are not fluid or smooth and do not look natural.

Can I download any of the poses and movement packages and still apply them to my models? Or am I only limited to genesis or other series in order to use them?
