How to exactly use the Gen X2 Plugins

I've seen videos already in converting v4 to Genesis but I want to know how do you convert a v4 to Genesis 3. Like do I have to convert it first to Genesis, then Genesis 2, then Genesis 3? Or can I already convert the v4 straight to Genesis 3. Also I've read that people don't like the converted v4 to Genesis 3, do you guys have a work around for that?

If you have the Genesis 3 addon and the base Genesis Generation X2 plugin, you should be able to make it work.

You just select both V4 and G3F, and then hunt around for the V4 morphs you want to load (unless you have a cr2 that includes everything you want to load). 

The hard part for me was remembering which area you load the figure you are transferring stuff *to* and which area is for the one you're transferring stuff *from*.
