What are you doing your renders with?

I would like to know what equipment others are doing their renders with, and what their render times are.  Type of computer Laptop or desktop.  TYpe of graphics cards, and how many cards.  Speed of your processor, and size of hard drive.  Also would like to know if anyone has any used graphics cards for sale, and computers.
