Do the doors in Echo Lima Halls open?

Wondering if the hatches at the ends of the halls in Echo Lima Halls open into the other halls/rooms.  It looks like they have hinges in some of the promo pics but I've been burned before.

The doors open. It is a modular set with several halls each one with an end cap which includes a hatch.

Be warned, the emissive surfaces seem to slow my machine to a crawl.
