Can We Get The Links Working!!!!???

The links are screwing up randomly. I'm sick and tired of posting a link six to twelve times before it goes to the right post.And even then, some aren't working.  Mods, this deals with the forums, can you expedite this with the technical pundits who fix glaring forum problems???? Another person tested it and also had a problem with one of them, but not the other, it's glitching weird- we both used the same URL. Appreciate any help you can give.

    So the link in question suddenly works for me, but not Jakiblue. This is insane!  And I didn't re-post the link or do anything to change it. Anyway, if you're linking things, you may want to double check them when you first post (but there's no way to tell if they will stay working!)

    I see two links in the sig, if that's what you mean.  Tested them and both went to the right place that I could see.

    Hi Cris- no, not the signatures. I am doing one post (back on page two of my Art Studio product thread) that links to each one of Top 3 favorite products posts that people are posting for January. In other words, it will have Novica (link)  Jakiblue (link)  etc.

    And the exact same link earlier that I had Jakiblue copy/paste took me somewhere different, worked for her, another link took both of us somewhere else. We couldn't get to the first post of my thread, then suddenly that worked. Things are going nutso. Now all the links are working in that post, without me doing ANYTHING to fix it (but it was sending both Jakiblue and I to her rag doll post, instead of to Rich's Top 4 post.

    I've got to get some sleep (2am) but probably more folks will be posting their Top 3 (up to 5) favorite products, I'll post a link to my first post here and let's see if this works- and here is the URL without linking.

    Dang it, the text link doesn't work and neither does the URL!!!

    And wow- NOW when I click on the date of the first post of my thread, it is behaving like the stupid text link and the copy/pasted URL. It's sending me to the top of page 3, jakiblue's post where she says "but it only happens with the first post of your thread."

    So now the click on the date (of my first post)  to get the URL is zapping me off to page three!

    I'll check back in the morning, gotta get some sleep. Appreciate any help on looking into the technical aspects from Daz's side. This is definitely messed up.

    It works,  clicking on the date stamp in your first post to generate the link takes you to the latest post in the thread.

    Or use #first instead of #latest in the URL to go to the fist post of a thread.

    Thanks Chohole and Richard! That solves one of them. The rest of them, clicking on the date of a post elsewhere in the thread, was still messing up last night. I've done that for ages and know how that works, and both Jakiblue and I couldn't get it to work. Today, I've done two more and it is working now.
