How to reduce graininess and noise for Iray?

I have been fiddling with the render settings for about a week to determine what can reduce the graininess after a render. I decided enough's enough and followed an iray lighting tutorial shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QURC4WYQ2SE

My render settings are at their defaults just like his, other than my ratio was at 16:9. His turned out nice and I want mine to look just like it.

I've read many other threads all talking about lighting, but obviously from the picture the graininess is on the lit skin surfaces too.

Any help is appreciated and willing to re-render this scene with feedback given.

Unfortunately you have a Radeon graphics card so you are rendering with CPU only which is a bit slow, you need to let the render run longer
