I have gotten pretty much useless results in doing site searches since the holidays when DS, according to another post, did server upgrades. I was wondering if other people are fairing better then me.

If they haven't corrected the time issue yet, it's going to be hopeless...(that's just one of the many things borked by having the wrong time on a server, or at least is a contributing factor to it...).

Yep totally useless right now. Since the holiday update.... stinks. So hard to FIND stuff. Impossible even.

You may already know, but try out the Advanced search. I used to try to use the default basic search to find products by name, and that was a struggle. Although I haven't used it a lot, when typing in the product name to the advanced search it so far has immediately given me the product I'm looking for, much better than the basic search.

In store searches, use quote marks. ‘“West Park”’ ‘“Michael 4”’ etc.

Good point Coldrake, that does help.
