Growing Up Skin Merchant Resource for Genesis 3 Female/Male

Hello,

Before buying this can somebody please explain what it is? I have some idea from reading the product description but I'm not sure exactly what is meant by the term merchant resource. Does it contain just a bunch of high resolution skin images for making textures or are they actually texture maps? Are there different varieties? For instance eithic varieties (back, hispanic, indian, etc)

The Merchant Resource aspect of the product allows you to use these materials on characters you sell. If you aren't doing product creation, it won't affect you at all. The materials were created especially for children to young adult, where things like a five o'clock shadow or sculpted eyebrows would just look wrong. 

ETA (edited to add): It contains texture maps you can use as is on your characters. It does not contain ethnic varieties.
