V4 to Genesis character

Hi, I think I asked this question already but not being unable to find my posts or remember what was said I'll ask again. I'm trying to change (convert) my V4 character to or into a Genesis base character. After bouncing around the posts I have changed my character into a .cr2. NICE Works Great! and I think I had to do that to change her to Genesis. Now my D4.5 has just about everything know for plugins; which most of them I haven't a clue how to use. The way I see it is that I need to use GenX to do this operation but my Daz technical skills are self acquired. Can someone explain how to this in simpleton steps.
