The hair looks like one of OOTs.

The model, much harder to determien. Looks kind generic from that shot.

I'm pretty sure the character is one of Digital Touch's characters.

Clara has a birthmark in the same spot as the model in that picture. Not sure if Karen has the same birthmark on her wrist but looks like diva nailed it.

Oddly several of Digital Touch's characters have the same birthmark in the same spot.

Not that odd, especially if a vendor relies on merchant resources for their characaters and reuses the same base multiple times. Recently I bought 2 characters for GF3 over at rendo from 2 different new vendors and to my surprise they both used the same MR. Luckily they each changed it up enough that I had two distinct characters.
