The3DZone's classic AD_Mertail.zip: redistribution conditions ??

Hi ! Could some-one from the3DZone please look back in their archives for the 'terms and conditions' for their classic AD_Mertail freebie, long-vanished from the wwweb ??

I noticed the free 'Ariel Character Set' by Oro_snake over at ShareCG used this file now, sadly, unavailable. I did a lot of work with P4 and, when I checked my sprawling archive, yes, this was among those I'd salvaged from my PCs' failing drives.

Sadly, the original zip, downloaded mid-December 2004, held no obvious ReadMe, author / attribution or redistribution info. I cannot determine if the file was later 'pulled' by the 3DZone team or simply 'lost'. For obvious legal reasons, I cannot post or redistribute the file without authority.

I've sent the Ariel Character Set's author, a 'heads-up', posted a query there. No reply yet.

As much 3DZone material seems to have migrated here, hopefully some-one on their current team can help with this ??
