Background image in scene in product ad

I was thinking of buying The Loft by Digitallab3D. It comes with a complete scene file. But I am wondering how the city background in the promo image (see attached) is added to the scene? I assume it does not come with the city background image in place.

    It looks like an image - I would guess that is the /Runtime/Textures/Digitallab3d/Modern Apartment/NYC.jpg in the filelist on the readme page.

    The background looks like a free HDRI to me.

    From the product description, it doesn't look like the background is included.
