Are the built in Daz uber iray shaders vendor resources?

not as such but your product can be set to load them or for that matter any other shaders if owned by the user.

I know some of the sets I buy do not have the iray shaders made by the PA and it gives a list of stuff not found, if you used a PA's shaders and listed it as a required product yours would do this too for those not owning them.
