Wasn't it one new release for 40% off, two for 50%? So who would buy them now at 30% off? (Or am I losing my mind. It's 4am and I'm tired.) 

    As I understood what I read, it meant an additional 30% on new releases. It has been fixed to reflect what I expected and I just bought Sawyer (from GypsyAngel) for less than $5. Worked on "older" MM new releases, too. 

    @Knittingmommy found a bug in Sawyer, so I expect there will be an update coming.

    Thanks for the heads up. I'm sure I'll get the update before I get back to rendering again... Tax time, you know, and other priorities...

    Nope, you're using regular math, not DAZ Math.  50% for 2+ MM items, then an additional 10% off of THAT (not the original prices), results in a 55% total discount.

    For the umpteenth time - this is not Daz maths, this is maths. That is the correct value for a fifty percent discount followed by a ten percent discount.

    Blame it on computers. We have stopped using our minds, which is why robots will replace us in a heartbeat.

My head hurts, spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out what works based on the banners and what doesn't, I finally got a few items I wanted at some good prices (Darious 7 for $7 was a win), totally by accident mind you since you never know what kind of discounts you will get with the funky banner wording, cart glitches and stacking math frown

    Not any more they aren't, I saw the Bonus Buyer banner 4 hours ago and now there's no banner telling me about my discount on Step Van, and none appears in the checkout. It's the same day and it wasn't advertised as a flash sale. There wasn't a code to enter, either.

    Apparently I wasn't actually a Bonus Buyer after all.

    I have been visiting the store every day and this only appeared today. It's been longer than 72 hours since I purchased something but again, I didn't see anything in the Bonus Buyer banner which said I had to use it within 3 hours. I'd be interested to know if any other users here are still seeing this banner and if so, I'd appreciate a screencap of it.

    Same thing happened to me a few days ago and it was around 72 hours  after my last  purchase.

    Today I hit "BUY NOW" 3 hours earlier then is my usual practice.

It's not my job to double-check DAZ when it tells me I'm eligible for a sale. I will, however, going forward remember to screencap any offers the site shows me in case they suddenly disappear.

    Sure, here you go. It sounds like you accidentally got the Bonus Buyer banner. It doesn't have any kind of expiry on it at all, but then again, nor do any of their other sales. The way it works is that it's supposed to appear after you buy something, endure for 72 hours, and then vanish. Unless you buy something else first, which resets the clock. There's a couple of other threads in the forum about it, and the freebies that come along with it.

    Well swell. 

    If I do buy something in the next 10 hours, will this banner with the vehicles offer return for realsies, or are there other hoops I need to go through? I had that Step Van in my wishlist for a couple months.

    ETA: for others lurking: yes. buy anything in the store that costs actual $$, get a 72 hour banner that unlocks additional discounts, specials, and a small prop freebie 2-3 times a week. The basic additional discount has remained stable, but the specials (on the bottom half) tend to change daily or every other day, and sometimes there's no special if instead there's a ribbon special (like when there was a gift card sale).

    To be very clear, ANYTHING non-free will trigger the banner. A $2 PC+ item. Best way to save money is buy the cheapest thing you can, buy a gift card at 10% off and then buy whatever you actually want.

    You'd have to do it before the offer changes at the usual time for your area. The offer changes every day.

    Does the sale change at different times? I assumed it was always at Daz Midnight, no matter where YOU were. My friend and I refer to it as 'the flip'. As in, "Might as well stay awake for the flip," and "oh my god, check out the flip!" and once, an urgent text, "The flip happened. Go add Elijah Pro to your basket and BUY NOW, hurry!"

    Utah's only an hour later than Arizona where I live (AZ is a non-DST TZ).

    Edit: I bought something at regular price, and boom bingo the banner appeared showing the featured vehicles, I put the items in my cart and they reflected both the 50% and the 10% discount at checkout.

    Thanks to everyone who put up with my crabbiness.

    Something else to watch out for is the MM freebie; it changes every few days (for DAZ values of "few") and it doesn't show on the sale page unless you have the 72-hour banner active. It's a nice one today, the Legendary Blades set.

    Well *cough* technically there's a couple of freebies in the Featured Vehicles list that also work. I imagine most people already have them. Or they saw it but chose not to mention it. But it's after Daz business hours! And, uh, I figured they were there as an easter egg, not an accident. It's a real pity I don't have room in my budget right now for anything already released.

    Wow, Bonus Buyers get an extra 30% off Mika Pro Bundle, and that makes the Pro Bundle a steal!  If you're not a Bonus Buyer, think about becoming one!

    Yes, if you have the Bonus Buyer AND you take advantage of the Mika Madness item, I think she comes out at around $28 for the pro pack.
