Auto Follow / Auto Fit Question

Just wondering how do I or can I make items not follow close close to the figure? 

 

Example: how do I make the loin not look so ugly and deformed? (see attachement)

One of the flaws of autofollow. If I am in a rush and have to use a conforming clothes, I always have to pop in to zbrush to fix stuff following too close, or floating an inch away from the skin. I prefer dynamics to conforming, but marvelous designer isn't cheap.

Very interesting program, I have to look into thaat one. :)
