"Edit My Thumbnail" page doesn't make sense, poorly written

This here page didn't make a lot of sense in early 2017: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/profile/thumbnail/1994229/Roman_K2

(Since most folks will not be able to access this I've included a screenshot taken on my computer.)

Not to worry in the end I was able to edit my thumbnail, but I had to bring in a lot of tools like a digital camera, a card reader and a fairly high-end vector and bitmap editing programs, but the page as it stands could use a bit of a rewrite in my opinion.

P.S. What's with the black bar on the left side and along the bottom? I started out with the EXACT SAME source artwork as the original, and I uploaded a lossless revision.
