Mr. Bear and Son Content

Is this all you need to puchase to animate Mr. Bear and Son or is there a Base Package or more?

There is no base package.  Mr. Bear and Son are complete.  The hard part will be animating because they are G3 figures and there isn't much in the way of puchasable animations for G3 yet.  You'll have to do all of your animations from scratch so you might need to invest in Graphmate and Keymate.  Animate 2 Lite comes with Studio but it might be worth the investment to get the full Animate 2 if you don't have it yet.

You can also you Powerpose to create some animations for them from a series of static poses and turn them into aniblocks.  I'm not an expert.   I'm still learning but having fun with the animation process.  You can find updated Powerpose templates for the newer figures from PDSmith's site on DeviantArt.  It's a great tool but a lot of people don't use it anymore which is a shame.
